LA-Experience Center Supervisor 

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. has an immediate opening for an Experience Center Supervisor in our Los Angeles, California Experience Center. 

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Experience Center Program in LA, California. In this role, you will work closely with the Experience Center Leadership Team to: 

Drive Utilization of the Experience Center: 

  • Facilitate demonstrations that illustrate the superiority of our products and services. 

  • Coordinate with local sales teams, dealers, and reps to optimize center availability and ease access. 

  • Build and nourish relationships with local sales teams, dealers, and reps to champion Center utilization. 

  • Innovate and collaborate to exceed traffic and satisfaction goals. 

Deliver Operational Excellence:

  • Supervise Center operations, cleaning, maintenance, upgrades, and safety in line with our Standard of Excellence. 

  • Welcome guests with world-class hospitality to enhance our brand reputation.  

  • Maintain the aesthetics of the Center in line with our defined standards.  

  • Drive sales, deliver leads, and provide exceptional experiences for all guests. 

Support Key Initiatives:

  • Collect and deliver market intelligence, pertinent sales information, and customer satisfaction data. 

  • Play an integral role in the execution of the Experience Center team’s annual improvement objectives. 

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to minimize disruption to Center operations. 

  • Provide research as necessary for the development of new and existing initiatives. 

Qualifications

 

  • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree. Business, Marketing, Communications, or another design-related field preferred 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Strong organizational skills 

  • Show initiative and be self-directed 

  • MS Office Suite proficiency required 

  • Experience in customer facing role(s), particularly, sales, hospitality, or retail in desire
