Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for a service-oriented and collaborative problem solver to work in our Accounting Services group. In this position you would be a key contributor to our Accounting Services team, which includes accounts receivable and accounts payable.
What you’re going to do:
Interact with internal and external stakeholders and customers as the one-stop solution for their needs including:
Payment issues
Account adjustments
Short payments
Credit memos
Reconciliations
Leverage your analytical skills and detail orientation to ensure key performance indicators (KPI’s) are achieved
Utilize your creative and “outside of the box” thinking skills to propose solutions to the challenges of our business

Excellent written and verbal communication
Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a variety of software-based systems (e.g. Oracle, Salesforce.com)
High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree, preferred (minimum GPA 3.0)
0 - 3 years experience in Accounting Services or equivalent role
Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote; must ability to reliably commute or relocate to Las Vegas, NV.
