Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Representative - Las Vegas

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for a service-oriented and collaborative problem solver to work in our Accounting Services group. In this position you would be a key contributor to our Accounting Services team, which includes accounts receivable and accounts payable.


What you’re going to do:

  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders and customers as the one-stop solution for their needs including:

    • Payment issues

    • Account adjustments

    • Short payments

    • Credit memos

    • Reconciliations

  • Leverage your analytical skills and detail orientation to ensure key performance indicators (KPI’s) are achieved

  • Utilize your creative and “outside of the box” thinking skills to propose solutions to the challenges of our business

  • Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a variety of software-based systems (e.g. Oracle,

  • High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree, preferred (minimum GPA 3.0)

  • 0 - 3 years experience in Accounting Services or equivalent role

  • Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote; must ability to reliably commute or relocate to Las Vegas, NV.
