Overview

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for an HR Operations Lead. In this position, you will be a key part of the HR team.

A successful HR Operations lead will lead the company’s implementation and enhancement of the entire HRIS suite of products to ensure configuration design and changes are done effectively.

  • Provide guidance and training on various actions, including troubleshooting, reporting and process improvements
  • Act as a Tier 2 Support primary point of contact for HRIS production support as it relates to existing functionality, future functionality per project scope and service enhancements / upgrades
  • Communicate effectively with all team members, project sponsors and stakeholders both technical and non-technical
  • Explain technical issues to non-technical people attempting to meet the user's needs and ensuring team collaboration for project success
  • Ensure our HRIS system enables efficient HR processes; understand gaps in existing processes and provide input into how our technology can be used to solve them
  • Supervises the administration and maintenance of human resource records.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of data to internal (Payroll, Concur, IT) and external (Capital Blue, Delta, McGriff) resources through review and audit of data being transmitted
  • Provide information necessary for compliance requirements (internal/external audits, ACA, AAP, EEO, ISO, etc.) by working with internal stakeholders and understanding external requirements
  • Maintain system integrity by reviewing hierarchy, changes, software setup, required approvals, and creating reporting to keep owners of items aware of past due tasks
  • Create and manage report requests from the business as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Human Resources
  • 4-6 years of related HR experience with increasing responsibilities
  • Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or any other HRIS systems.
  • Proven experience managing a variety of projects to successful completion
