Overview

An opportunity to grow the Lutron Commercial Business in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, penetrate the market by Lutron’s commercial product lines.

Develop and grow channels to continuously achieving ambitious Sales targets.

 

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for a Commercial Sales Manager.  In this position, you would be a key part of the Lutron Commercial team.  A successful Commercial Sales Manager will develop key growth strategies, tactics, and action plans to fulfill the company business vision.  Achieving financial targets set for the region and strive for a high-level growth in the region.  

Responsibilities

  • Establish professional relationship with ASD, EMSD, HA, M&E contractors, various design institutes, etc.  Creating demand for Lutron business by closely working with above mentioned parties.
  • Manage and service existing channel partners to drive for Sales performance.
  • Actively develop new channel partners to expand business coverage in the region.
  • Train and guide new partners to support their growth in the Lutron family.
  • Manage hotel jobs and Commercial jobs in the region, either by working with channel partners, or taking lead as Lutron Sales manager.
  • Achieving Sales target, and continuously looking for ways to scale the business.

Qualifications

  • College Degree and MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years building materials project sales experience, channel development and management.
  • Strong Government building related project experience/strong Government project PM relationship
  • 10+ years M&E contractors’ relationship with electrical/ELV system
  • Strong communication skills, both externally with customers and internally with colleagues.
  • Familiar with project sales into hotel projects, grade A offices and government projects.  Strong project Sales understanding, with successful track record.
  • Tech aptitude and ability to master complex building/lighting systems.
  • Computer skills required and preferred (MS Office required, Salesforce.com a plus)
