Work with our Austin leadership team to anticipate the needs of the organization and execute HR programs such as:

• Attracting and retaining exceptional people 


• Overseeing the execution of onboarding for new employees


• Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to  management team (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) 


• Coordinating and performing all HRIS and benefit processes


• Identifying training needs and partnering with the learning organization to successfully execute programs


• Ensuring job rotations for development and learning     


• Partnering with leaders to ensure compensation and performance management programs are properly executed 

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline with a cumulative GPA greater than 3.0 (MBA a plus)


• Minimum of five years experience working in HR in a manufacturing facility or distribution center.


• HR certification preferred


• Experience collaboratively driving projects with cross-functional teams


• Experience working effectively in a matrix organization
