  1. Generating quotations for service contracts

  2. Monitoring EA Maintenance Outlook inbox

  3. Proactively looking for opportunities for additional services growth

  4. Liaising across functions to ensure customer needs are met

  5. Management of maintenance contracts

  6. Securing maintenance contract purchase orders

  7. Maintenance contract invoicing

  8. Contract record management through Salesforce

  9. Customer entitlement management for preventative maintenance visits

  10. Back up for Field Service scheduling

  11. Management of supplier portals

  12. Promoting Lutron’s services


  1. Fluent English + Other European languages an advantage
  2. Customer services experience
  3. Good communication skills verbal and written
  4. Proficiency in IT skills (i.e., Microsoft,
  5. Able to work independently and within a team
  6. Project Management skills
  7. Knowledge or background of facility management would be an advantage
