Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. has an immediate opening for an entry-level Office Coordinator to support Lutron’s new location in Conshohocken, PA.  A successful Office Coordinator will ensure the office runs smoothly, act as a liaison between internal and external parties, and provide administrative support.



  • Take care of the office and coordinate day-to-day operations
    • Represent Lutron by welcoming/hosting visitors and answering incoming office calls
    • Act as liaison with building staff/security and property management regarding any office issues, repairs, or maintenance activities
    • Act as liaison with Lutron’s IT, Safety, and Security teams
    • Create, improve, and maintain office procedures
    • Assist with onsite meetings, executive events, and recruiting activities
    • Coordinate team events, including catering, on behalf of leadership and HR
    • Produce and distribute office communications
    • Manage incoming and outgoing physical correspondence (letters, packages, etc.)
    • Proactively maintain and procure standard office supplies, food and beverage items, and handle other requests as necessary
    • Create Purchase Orders to pay invoices as needed
    • Assist with onboarding of new employees (seat assignments, supplies, etc.)
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling and travel arrangements, as assigned
  • Provide project support and perform other related duties, as assigned


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities and strong emotional intelligence
  • Ability to effectively interface with employees at all levels and high-level visitors
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong project coordination skills
  • Must display a high degree of initiative, resourcefulness, flexibility, and problem solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Able to work in-person 4 days a week and occasionally accommodate flex hours
  • Notary certification a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems a plus

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years of experience working in an office environment
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role is strongly preferred
