What you’re going to do:

  • Participate in a comprehensive 7-month development experience in Pennsylvania
  • Actively learn about our technology, products, sales strategies, and customer types
  • Travel to several major cities during the program on sales trips to experience a day-in-the-life of salespeople in each business segment (retail, residential, and commercial)
  • Improve your presentation skills by receiving direct feedback from sales leaders
  • Build personal relationships with Lutron’s executive team
  • Complete training and join one of our business segments an outside salesperson and relocate to a major metropolitan market

  • You have completed a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 2.8; a technical degree or interest is preferred
  • You must be willing to relocate and travel up to 50% once assigned to a territory
  • You have 0-3 years of professional working experience
