Overview

Are you looking to find a life-long company where you can create your own path?

Lutron is hiring recent college graduates to support our Commercial Project Business. This position starts with a one-year rotational onboarding experience that will introduce you to concepts in construction management.  This includes reading and creating construction drawings, estimating, working within construction project management, and commissioning systems in the field. Our goal is to find creative, detail-oriented people who want to design and manage commercial projects. We want people who enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative environment that provides opportunities to try many different roles.

We want to change the way people experience buildings.

Although you may never think about controlling light, would you want to watch a movie in a bright room? Have you experienced bad lighting on a video call? People are more productive, feel more comfortable, and are generally happier under the right light.

Lutron Electronics, the inventor of the dimmer, innovates beautifully designed solutions for residential and commercial applications. Our lighting controls and automated shades are installed in Fortune 100 companies, universities, sport stadiums and residences all over the world.
