Responsibilities

Field Service Engineer:

Responsibilities and deliverables include:

• Performed on-site system commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support to customers and other field service personnel
• Assist with complex system configuration and installation to customer
• Conduct on-site scheduled planned project execution
• Perform all works in accordance with the specified standards and qualities
• Answer customer questions relating to technical and service problems with tact and courtesy
• Practice continuous improvement by staying up to date with new knowledge of equipment, systems, and related technical information
• Take the initiative to inform the customer of additional services or refers product sales opportunities to the sales team
• Liaise with headquarters engineering personnel on unresolved technical problems and customer feedback and ensure proper records are maintained

 

Project Coordinator/Manager:

Responsibilities and deliverables include:
• Responsible for all matters on project development and construction
• Time management, budget, scope, dealers, deliveries, quality, interfaces with others
• Ensure the service team perform and carry out task accordingly to specified standards and qualities
• Execute projects in a timely and professional manner and handover to project to customers
• Provides timely, professional, and accurate information to the customer at all times - OMM manual and Handover document
• Assist with complex system configuration and installation to customer and field service engineer
• Attend and answer products and technical queries, and on-site issue
• Take the initiative to inform the customer of additional services or refers product sales opportunities to the sales team
• Liaise with headquarters engineering on unresolved technical problems and customer feedback and ensure proper records are maintained

Qualifications

Field Service Engineer:

Qualifications/Experience Required
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Technical problem-solving skills with knowledge of electrical and electronic fundamentals, excellent communication & telephone skills
• Ability to deal effectively with customers
• Working in electronic equipment or electrical installation (fresh graduate may be considered)
• Familiar with MS Office & electronic servicing or electrical installation – knowledge of Sales Force Field Service Lighting tools added advantage
• Able to read schematic drawing
• Good command of English & Mandarin language
• Prospective applicants will be required to travel on short notice to customer sites to commission, resolve problems or support other field service personnel

 

Project Coordinator/Manager:

Qualifications/Experience Required
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering – PMP Certification added advantage
• Technical problem-solving skills with knowledge of electrical and electronic fundamentals, excellent communication & telephone skills
• Extensive experience with project management of multi-disciplinary, preferably from the building services related
• Familiar with MS Office & electronic servicing or electrical installation – knowledge of Sales Force Milestones PM+ tools added advantage
• Good command of English & Mandarin language
• Prospective applicants will be required to travel on short notice to customer sites
• to assist in project execution and planning
