Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for driving Lutron product sales with Amazon e-commerce in North America (US, Canada, Mexico).

Responsibilities


  • Establish relationships in a non-relationship-based environment - must find ways to provide value to the various levels of Amazon. 

  • Co-ordinate and lead the cross functional team that is critical to developing and executing the overall account strategy.  

  • Develop strong relationships with the key functional leaders and stakeholders at Lutron (Brand Marketing, Channel Marketing, Wall Box and Caseta Business Unit Leaders, COO- Supply Chain and E-commerce Operations) 

  • Use data and analytics to understand business trends and opportunities. 

  • Resolve problems and conflicts, negotiate effectively 

  • Dive into details to ensure risks are mitigated and business realized 

  • Build and ensure execution of an overarching Amazon business strategy (1P/3P) 

  • Network with and influence Lutron’s senior leadership on the challenges and opportunities of Amazon. 

  • Effectively present the priorities of Lutron and find solutions when faced with challenges/problems 

  • Achieve annual sales goals  

  • Effectively negotiate annual Vendor Agreement and ensure all commitments and expectations are met.  

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree with a min GPA of 3.0 

  • 10+ years of large account management and e-commerce experience

  • Strong understanding of the home improvement industry (Big Box, Mass Merchant, Wholesale, Independent Hardware) 

  • Deep understanding of the dynamic e-commerce marketplace

  • Data analytics experience

  • Must be driven with proven track record of achieving objective and managing others

  • MS Office required, Salesforce.com a plus

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
